This intention and will are shaped by numerous factors, one of the most important being an individual's value system. Humans become aware of these values through various cognitive sources such as intellect, revelation, social customs, and divine innate nature (fiṭrah). The relationship between action and value is described as bidirectional and dynamic. On one hand, values serve as fundamental motivators, providing the impetus and direction necessary for performing actions. On the other hand, human actions are not merely a reflection of values; rather, through an active process, they contribute to the preservation, reinforcement, and perpetuation of values. This dynamic interaction causes values to gain strength and become institutionalized within the context of action, while actions, in turn, are endowed with deeper meaning and ethical grounding. This article, aiming to meticulously analyze this reciprocal relationship, is written using an analytical-descriptive method. عمل، به آن دسته از کنش‌های آگاهانه و ارادی انسان اطلاق می‌شود که با قصد و نیت همراه است. این قصد و اراده تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی شکل می‌گیرد که یکی از مهم‌ترین آنها نظام ارزشی فرد است. انسان از طریق منابع شناختی مختلفی همچون عقل، وحی، آداب‌و‌رسوم اجتماعی و فطرت الهی به این ارزش‌ها آگاهی می‌یابد. رابطة میان عمل و ارزش، رابطه‌ای دوسویه و پویا توصیف می‌شود؛ از یک‌سو، ارزش‌ها به‌عنوان محرک‌های بنیادین، انگیزه و جهت لازم برای انجام اعمال را فراهم می‌کنند؛ از سوی دیگر، اعمال انسان تنها بازتابی از ارزش‌ها نیستند، بلکه در فرآیندی فعال، به حفظ، تقویت و تداوم ارزش‌ها کمک می‌کنند. این تعامل پویا باعث می‌شود که ارزش‌ها در بستر عمل استحکام یافته و نهادینه شوند و در مقابل، اعمال نیز از پشتوانة معنایی و اخلاقی عمیق‌تری برخوردار گردند. این مقاله با هدف واکاوی دقیق این رابطة متقابل و با به‌کارگیری روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی نگاشته شده است. https://marefateakhlagi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateakhlagi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5001717-1778346274.pdf
