The structure and content of ethical discussions are influenced by these foundations. In fact, the knowledge that a thinker has about human characteristics influences his research theories. One of the thinkers who has presented significant opinions in this field is Allama Misbah. In this research, an attempt is made to explain the anthropological foundations of ethics from the perspective of Allama Misbah. To this end, this goal is attempted to be achieved by referring to his various works and using a descriptive-analytical method. Considering the views of the Allama, several foundations such as human agency, the originality of the soul, and human need can be proposed. Finally, an attempt is made to present a relatively new structure of these foundations. In addition, the relationship of these foundations with ethical discussions such as their effect on discovering virtues and vices and choosing methods for acquiring ethical traits will be mentioned. از جمله مبانی مهم در علم اخلاق مبانی انسان‌شناختی است. ساختار و محتوای مباحث اخلاقی تحت تأثیر این مبانی است. در واقع شناختی که یک اندیشمند نسبت به ویژگیهای انسان دارد، نظریات پژوهشی او را تت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. یکی از اندیشمندانی که در این زمینه نظرات قابل توجهی ارائه کرده است علامه مصباح ره است. در این پژوهش تلاش بر این است مبانی انسان شناختی علم اخلاق از منظر علامه مصباح ره تبیین شود بدین منظور با مراجعه به اثار متنوع ایشان و استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی سعی میشود این هدف کسب شود. با توجه به نظرات علامه مبانی متعددی از قبیل اختیار انسان، اصالت روح ،و نیازمندی انسان را می‌توان مطرح کرد. در پایان سعی میشود ساختار نسبتا جدیدی از این مبانی ارائه شود. در ضمن به ارتباط این مبانی با مباحث اخلاقی مانند تاثیر آنها در کشف فضایل و رذایل و انتخاب روش‌های کسب صفات اخلاقی اشاره خواهد شد
