Ethics is the most important part of any cultural and social system. Familiarity with the dimensions and angles of the ethical system and attaining the characteristics and components of ethics in the intellectual system of the supreme leader can be a way-opener for the formulation of macro-policies, in order to achieve the model of the progress of ethics in the Islamic society. Focusing on the three basic pillars of any knowledge system: goals, principles, and foundations, the component of "cultivation" as the central principle of introduction and connection between ethics and social justice as one of the most important challenges of today's societies has also been investigated. With a general reference to the epistemological foundations, the practical and practical foundations of the moral system have been analyzed at the individual, social and governmental levels. The current research uses the qualitative content analysis method and examines the statements of the Supreme Leader as a statistical population. The results show that morality in his thought is not only an individual value, but also a social and binding necessity to realize the goals of the Islamic system
