Abstract The practical Sira (biography) of Imam Reza (PBUH), as one of the richest sources of religious knowledge, holds a fundamental position in explaining ethical patterns of human interaction, particularly with opponents. Examining His Holiness's ethical approach toward ideological, political, social, and cultural adversaries can provide an efficient model for contemporary societies in the ethics-based management of conflicts. This research addresses the fundamental question: what were the ethical strategies of Imam Reza (PBUH) in attracting opponents? Employing a descriptive-analytical method and relying on ancient Hadith, historical, and biographical sources, this study explores this issue. The findings indicate that in the process of attracting and guiding opponents, Imam Reza (PBUH) utilized ethics-centered strategies such as tolerance (Mudara) and forbearance (Hilm), compassionate counsel, rational debate, wise responsiveness, honoring human dignity, and gift-giving. These strategies were founded upon human dignity, ethical rationality, and mercy, playing a significant role in altering the attitudes and inclinations of opponents. The results suggest that rereading these ethical strategies can serve as a suitable model for cultural, social, and political practitioners in Islamic societies to achieve the peaceful attraction of opponents and strengthen social convergence
